The Cinnamon Bark Chips is pure Philippine Cinnamon bark in chip form. They are organically grown by Plantsville Health's partner farmers in Negros Occidental, without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
The bark is good to boil for tea and to drink hot or cold to relieve diarrhea and stomachaches. Cinnamon is also a yummy and healthy way to spice up steamed rice and many other dishes.

How to Use
If using as an herbal tea, use 1 gram per 500mL to 1L. Simmer for 5 minutes to bring out the red hue, and maximize taste, aroma, and color. Can be served hot or cold, and recommended with a squeeze of lemon or calamansi.
If using as a spice, finely grind using a mortar and pestle or similar before adding to your food.
Do NOT take more than 2 grams per day.
