This collection of essays puts forward certain theories and practices on Intuition and Creativity and fleshes them out by drawing from my actual teaching experiences in the caserooms of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and in the training programs I have conducted for the academic, development and business communities. By offering specific insights to my intended audience — entrepreneurs and managers, including managers of the learning process — I consistently argue that although the excellent use of logic is essential to succeed in standard MBA programs, it is high time that Intuition and Creativity are recognized as important elements of the curriculum. These must be institutionalized if we want MBA graduates, including those in other fields, to explore faculties other than logic in their work-a-day world in order to remain competitive and continuously productive.
